Ah, the start of the new year, all fresh and bristling with possibilities! Don't you feel more resolved already? You can do a lot of things now that the calendar has flipped inside your head. Perhaps you'll learn the guitar or a new language!

One of the many ways of forcing and/or tricking yourself into doing things is challenges. Simply put, just challenge yourself with one itemised list of things and if you carry on with it, your life will have improved eventually. Here are 20 challenges that you could – and should - try out in 2018.

Much like oxygen, water keeps you from drying (as long as you don't let it get to your lungs). Drinking a sufficient amount of water is key to losing weight, feeling energetic and being just cool. Stop drinking artificial drinks and start drinking water!
